RETURN POLICY
Buddy does not accept returns due to change of mind at this time, so please be sure about your purchase before you place an order.
However, we want you to be happy with your new Buddy!
Please request your return within 14 days of receiving your order to facilitate an exchange of size or colour, or issuance of a credit note, valid for 1 year from purchase date.
Please request your return through our Self-Serve Returns Portal.
Please also complete our returns form here.

The return form must be included in the parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, please clearly state on a piece of paper all the details listed on the form. Your return will not be processed if this is not included.

Items must be returned for exchange in a sellable condition. If they are not deemed sellable upon arrival with our team, we can decline your request for return.

Exchanges are subject to availability.
Please note: Buddy is not responsible for shipping costs related to the item/s being returned. All items must be in their original condition, with swing tags attached.
Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged. Tracking is recommended.
