RETURN POLICY

Buddy does not accept refunds due to change of mind at this time, so please be sure about your purchase before you place an order.

However, we want you to be happy with your new Buddy! 

If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit (valid for 12 months)

 

TO START A RETURN:

1. Please request your return through our Self-Serve Returns Portal.

2. Please also complete our returns form here.

All returns and exchange enquiries must be emailed to returns@buddybuddy.world.


Our general inbox (hello@buddybuddy.world) isn’t monitored for returns and messages sent there may be missed or delayed.

 

PREPARING YOUR RETURN:

  • Include the completed returns form inside your parcel
    (If you don’t have a printer, please write all details clearly on paper)

  • Items must be in original, sellable condition with swing tags attached

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Please package your parcel securely and use tracking where possible

 

Returns that don’t meet these requirements may not be processed.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
